Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage leasing activities including tenant prospecting and lease documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants.
  • Ensure leasing strategies align with business targets and deadlines.
  • Support marketing initiatives to attract new tenants.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth leasing operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and administrative documentation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management (Marketing Management major preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a mall or retail property.
  • Strong understanding of leasing, marketing, and tenancy agreements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, communicative, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
