Leasing Staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage leasing activities including tenant prospecting and lease documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants.
- Ensure leasing strategies align with business targets and deadlines.
- Support marketing initiatives to attract new tenants.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth leasing operations.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and administrative documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management (Marketing Management major preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a mall or retail property.
- Strong understanding of leasing, marketing, and tenancy agreements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, communicative, and eager to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
